The Neuspeed N2 Sport Kit includes a new Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Throwout Bearing & Alignment Tool. The clutch disc features a full-faced, high temp friction material and a sprung center for smooth engagement. The pressure plate has a re-engineered fulcrum point to increase clamping force without affecting pedal effort. A new 228mm flywheel is included with this kit (not shown in photo).

Neuspeed's Short Shift Kit for the early cars is a complete shift mechanism with the Neuspeed short shift lever pre-installed. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw by approximately 40%.
To determine if this kit will fit your vehicle, inspect your factory shift lever (located underneath your shift knob and boot) If your factory lever has an arc bend to it, use this kit.

The Neuspeed short shift kit for the 2000-2001 cars consists of a new steel bracket assembly that easily installs on to transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40%. A calibrated counterweight is welded to the end of the Neuspeed bracket to retain a solid feel from gear to gear.
To determine if this kit is the correct application for your car, first find your factory shift bracket assembly located on the top of your transmission. This bracket is visible by looking below your airbox and battery. Inspect the stock cable linkage that connects to the factory bracket. If the stock cable has a black endlink and no clip, your car has a ball stud mount and this is the correct kit for your car.

The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.
The Neuspeed short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action. Lookout for kits without the counterweight, as they will produce very notchy gear selection.
This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.

Neuspeed Engine Torque Arm Insert Mk5 etc
Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotates due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of damping engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response in the vehicle's powertrain.
Our torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined, especially on manual transmission cars.
Please note that polyurethane is not as compliant as rubber. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in ride harshness and engine vibration after installation.

The ECS dogbone mount insert works with the OEM rubber bushing to provide a better more rigid connection between the transmission mount and subframe. Less movement in the system will result in smoother shifts and less engine movement under heavy acceleration. Made of a 70A Torque durometer. Kit includes dogbone insert, retaining washer, centering washer and new stretch bolt.
