Duncan Clarke - Top Dog Dunc
VAG nut for many years, current racer, track car builder and worships all things Nurburging. His neighbours think he is a little strange going on holiday to Germany so often, little do they know he sleeps standing up in his race suit and with his eyes open.
Dunc can be found talking to this cars regularly, especially late on Saturday nights.
Nick Young - Master Chief Technician
16 years main dealer experience – some say he's forgotten more than most people will ever know. All we know is he's lost a fare bit of hair. He once drove a Lotus Sunbeam and could have been mistaken as an extra in Life On Mars – in fact, his hair was once spotted from Mars.
Nick collects qualifications for fun and insulates the workshop with certificates some suspect he has bought from Ebay.
Jackie Adnams - Accounts & Track Day Manager
Jackie's left eye has the rare ability to look round left hand corners before the corner arrives. Needless to say she struggles on right hander's but makes up the ground by attacking left hander's with confidence unseen anywhere before.
When she is tall enough to see over the dash she will be even quicker.
Jo Clarke - Development & Security
Jo once found himself on such a long development run, his square ear lobes picked up foreign military frequencies. Rather than turn back, he dressed up and carried on.
Jo claims not to be aggressive enough on the track but with images of weapons (!), grenades and daggers all over his car, unsurprisingly he's given a wide birth and plenty of respect and thumbs up for braking 300 yards too early for Craner Curves. A sponsorship deal with Maglite beckons.
Simon Clark - Chief Instructor
Some say a brother from another mother but it's fair to say Si's hair is receding from the front and sides like no other Clark.
A big BMW fan and a regular at Brands, in fact, they have their own warning boards just for the BMW/Porsche fan - 'No lairy driving', 'No tyre squeal', 'No flashing' (of headlights) and 'Let that MK1 past before you go off' are all bespoke signs just for Si.
A rare talent with many years of track driving under his belt both in the UK and abroad though does himself no favours by limiting the cars he'll drive to one's that can fit his carbon fibre Pool que comftably. If only he could play...
